It's very stressful to have to worry about when your vehicles going to be done. It's very stressful not have anybody return your phone calls. And having to actually drive up there and talk to people. Also she was calling around asking for parts isn't there like a part system where you can look up parts? As far as I know you don't call from place to place unless there's not nothing in the system but you can find most everything on Google.

There was no communication. And I had to call to find out things and when they would pass the deadline they would not call me.

They were unprofessional. The young man doing the work seems to be untrained. Allen Jay doesn't have a good reputation. I know several people who work there and I had to leave because they just weren't getting paid enough.

It took almost 8 weeks it had to come back 3 times bubbles in the paint step was loose and the head lights didn’t works paint was on the window over spray on the rear bumper

Truck is great. Service sucks, was promised a complete job in 2 weeks. Well it took 4 weeks. After every other day calling and was told it will be done in 2-3 days. After waiting after this I called again and again promised in 2 days. This went on for 4 weeks.. How would you feel waiting without a vehicle and friends had to take you places. Also the truck was marked out for every scratch and dent for repair when I told management these were not from accident. I was told ok they will remove them. But SHE submitted them to insurance AFTER THIS. job was good - again service sucked

I was originally told 3 days. No one bothered to phone me to tell me it would take longer. Also, no one answers the phone. I typically had to phone 5 for more times before before someone picks up the phone
