First of all I understand parts come in when they do but as a manager, Anna should have been upfront and honest from the get go and let me know a part was on back order and had not promised me my vehicle “no later” than a specific date. Secondly, when you tell a customer you will “call them right back”…. The proper thing to do is live up to your word and call them back with the information they are waiting for. This goes for Anna and Leo who both promised to get information for me and “call me right back”. It’s unprofessional and rude. I also work with the public and provide professional services as a doctor but I would never promise to call someone and have them wait over 24 hrs and have to call me back.

I dealt with John. He was great. Made me feel at ease about everything, as far as getting a rental set up and doing the repair in a timely fashion. Also, he was very nice and kept me in touch every step of the way.
