The concept of them handling rentals, repairs is excellent. However, the customer service representative should have an assistant to keep up on communications. Probably won't happen, but the representative is overloaded with work.

When I opened the hood to view the engine I first noticed that my windshield washer cap was gone, and the engine was dirty with white powder.

Customer service was good. Communication was lacking, so I ended up going to speak to them at the office. I reallize that I was not the only customer, but communication is a big part of this especially when I waited so long to get the car back.

Was not updated at all about my car until I called, and I had to call multiple times in order to get through, also wasn’t given accurate timelines on my cars repair or transparency on how long things were going to take

The car windshields was not cleaned out. I had multiples devices on the windshield and after the replacement of windshield they left all wires hanging and did not put all the devices back. Also I have stripe tinted on and that wasn't replaced. I call and left voice mail and no one still returned my call. Its costing me extra money to put all theses back where it supposed to be.
