Very disappointed with my service. I dropped the car off on a Monday the the 24th . During that time never was I contacted about my vehicle or any updates. I was paying for a compact car so updates would have been appreciated. I called on the 4th of March for the first time. Left a message and didn’t get a call back until 4pm that day . I was told on the 4th that my car would be ready by the 6th and the 7th being the absolute latest . I called on the 7th early in the morning I received no call back . I decided to pop in which I did around 11am . I told my car wouldn’t be ready until Possibly the following Monday . Which meant I would have to pay for the rental all weekend again . She told me it was chance it would be ready that same day . So I went about my day and decided to stop in at 3pm to get an update since still no one had called me . Once I arrived at 3 the woman at the desk still didn’t have an update about my car . She was communicating with the repair garage as I was sitting there . Finally she told me come back in a hour . Which I had already let her know I worked at 4 . So that wouldn’t work for me . I asked if the car was ready to please be left outside with the keys inside of it . I ended up having to find a ride to drop my rental off that was the process would be started on a Saturday and I wasn’t paying for unnecessary days . Then another ride to get my car . As I turned my car on all my warning lights were on . I was able to have someone clear the dash for me and just when I thought my bad experience was over . I had a passenger in my car . When you open the passenger door it makes a noise now .
