Anna was so nice and informative. Very helpful. My insurance company dropped the ball and did not send paperwork regarding waiver if deductible. Anna called and very politely and efficiently spoke through the chain of command and obtained waiver.

Terrible service, no one answers phone,took 3 weeks to fix bumper,paid for inspection and they inspected it while battery was disconnected!!! Car was there for 3 weeks i don't get why it was inspection when things were disconnected!! Also upon picking up my van the horn was left disconnected!! Terrible repair/service never ever again will I bring car here!!
