Just want to say that Nicole, my contact person from your team, was extremely professional and helpful for me. I’m a bit handicapped and forgot to take my rollator when dropping off my vehicle. I called asking if I could stop by and retrieve it, not only was she able to get it out of the paint shop but had it waiting for me when I arrived. Each time I had contact with her she always met with a smile and made the service flawless

Took awhile to get an appointment. Had to call after 3 weeks because I had a rental car to see if my car was ready. Was told it’d be ready Monday, it was barely ready by closing time on Monday. Apparently the cars on lot got asphalt on them and backed up MY car
