Took a little time to get the car done but mainly because the insurance company and the body shops were $5000 difference. I finally took it to Alex painting body cause I trust him they got everything done and it came out real nice.

Quality work. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. Although I certainly hope the need for auto repairs is unneeded again, if that happens, Alex Paint & Body would be my choice.

Overall they did an ok job, not a stellar job. There's a lot of trash in the clear coat still. so they're spraying in a dirty area or not cleaning the area before. I had them give me an estimate for repairing the quarter panel and back bumper. 4700 was payed out. between the 2700 insurance paid, and the 2000 I paid out of pocket. The back bumper still had gouges that were clear coated over. I mentioned that I wanted that fixed when I got the estimate, and when I brought it up when picking the car up they said that wasn't included in their estimate. Why clear coat over the area if you're not going to fix it with paint...that makes no sense. I had to leave the car for a day for them to try to flatten out the orange peel in the clear coat because it didn't match the other finish at all. It still doesn't look great, but it doesn't have the same texture that it did. So long story short, it looks good from 15 ft, but It's obvious it was repaired if you're looking at it closely.
