they were nice and i got my car back earlier than promised. the mirror that was replaced still had scratch marks on the black bottom part which was weird to me.

I was told I would be provided a complimentary wash and vacuum. That did not happen. I had to call to find out about the cost estimate. I was told it would be done on Tuesday, then never got a call. I had to call to find out information. I then never received any texts as I was told I would receive progress messages.
