The only question was the estimate and actual cost of repair were significantly off. I know it was an insurance claim ,but thought cost would be same as estimate. Vehicle seems to be repaired to original condition.

It was very appreciated how well I was kept informed and updated as the repairs were completed. Having you car ready four days early was awesome even though I was out of town working and was unable to pick it up right away. The fact that the collision dept is open on Saturday was the best benefit of all!! Had you not been open on Saturday I would not have Ben able to pick up my car until Wednesday which would have cost me four extra days on the rental car. So thank you soucj go a job very well done.
