I've taken a couple of my own vehicles for repair to Alfred and have never expirienced anything like what I did on 10/24... Not one person walked out with me to inspect my vehicle as this should always be done and has been done before... I basically walked in, paid and signed paperwork and walked outside by myself to view and drive my car away. Never have I felt this about Alfred Matthews... Made me feel like I was just heading money over to a stranger for the wrong reason!!
