I cannot say enough good things about Alfred Matthews Collision Center and the incredible job they did repairing my bumper. From beginning to end, the entire experience was professional, smooth, and honestly better than I could have asked for. A very special thank you to Heather, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about both me and my vehicle. She kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. Great customer service is becoming harder and harder to find these days, and Heather is a perfect example of what it should look like. Beyond being great at her job, she is simply an overall great person to deal with. And the workmanship? Fantastic. My bumper came out beautifully. The repair looks clean, the finish looks excellent, and you can tell the people working on the vehicle take real pride in what they do. I am extremely particular about my car, so when I say I was impressed with the finished product, I mean it! It's one thing for a collision center to repair your vehicle correctly. It's another thing entirely for them to make you feel like your vehicle matters to them as much as it matters to you. Alfred Matthews Collision Center did both. Everything went as planned took car in on Monday. Car was finished by Friday morning. Paint job looks good and everything straight. When I called I was given any information that I needed. So overall it was good.
