Poor communication with customers regarding the date of completion of the vehicle. I was told vehicle woul not be done until possibly next week or 30 days however, was completed on a Friday, I was iut of town for the qeekend and coyod not pick up my car, presented numerius problems for the Insurance and rental vehicle, due to insurance did not want to cover extra 3 days since the car was completed on a Friday and I did not return in town until Sunday evening from a trip and returned the car Monday morning... No defined date of completion creates a hassle between rental car place and insurance
