Customer service was outstanding, I would recommend this car shop to anyone that would need work on their car. They are very personable kind and keep you appraised of everything that is happening with your car. They also detailed my car and the whole car looked like a brand new car. Alioto’s did an excellent job on my Subaru. I am very pleased. The also returned the vehicle to me fully detailed inside and out, and it was dirty when I delivered it for the body work. I have gone to Alioto's two times for work and they have always delivered the car back when they said would and in great shape.

Overall experience was fantastic. Friendly staff, both at drop off and pick up. No fuss estimate was very much in line with what I assumed the cost would be, and they worked seemlessly with the insurance to manage payment, rental car, etc. Perfect repair, as my car looks like new. Great job.
