Everyone was friendly and professional. Work was completed much faster than expected. Paint job was overall good with a few minor issues - some dust bumps and fisheyes but nothing major.

The replacement door handle wasn’t cleaned before being installed. The part that goes internally into the door and that’s exposed when opening it is covered with brown dust that wipes off with a finger. I was also told OEM for that handle no longer exists, but Ford sells them brand new OEM for $35 on their website. I was charged ~80 for a used scratched up dirty one. So I paid extra for a dirty scratched up handle. Was told I could pay extra to have it painted, but for the cost and misinformation about the handle I shouldn’t have had to. Should’ve found the OEM for $35 and maybe painting it would’ve been reasonable at that point but I already got forced into paying extra for an overpriced used handle when I didn’t have to. If I can find OEM on Fords website in a simple search that took me 3 minutes, staff should be able to as well. Bare minimum it should not have been installed dirty. The guy with a beard was polite at all times and I appreciate that but everything else about the experience was terrible and I can not recommend this location.

Picking up my car, I was so impressed it like like I never even had an accident in the first place. As good as new and it didn't take long at all and all the employees were super kind and courteous and kept me in the loop about everything, really Eased my mind and a peace of mind. I totally recommend you get your cars done here
