Have no complaints about the work at all and they were very fast. Only issue we had was when they replaced some plastics pieces inside the cab they left some dirty spots from dirty hands. Not a big deal though

Wish they had a rental policy on site to make it more convenient. I would have had to arrange to go to Fallon or Reno to pick up a rental in that I live in Fernley.

Parts took a bit to come in but my car was done way before initial estimate and the staff here always kept me informed. I did have to bring my car back in for something minor but they took care of me right away!

The lady that was on desk when i checked-in the truck was very welcoming…even explained some stuff to me. The man that checked-out my truck for me was pretty straight forward—-which is ok to me. One thing though, there was no updates or messages that was relayed to me. I decided to stop by after 3weeks to check on the progress, and my truck was sitting outside the shop completely done. They should’ve message—-I mean, I lived 200+ miles away.

The alignment still seems to be off and the tires are bald on the inside. Driving the vehicle is difficult at times because of it.
