Overall, I had a good experience with All American Collision. The staff was professional and communication throughout the repair process was solid. The work on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner and the quality of the repair met my expectations. The only issue I encountered was related to the bug shield on my vehicle. There was some confusion between the original part and what was included in the estimate, which led to a discrepancy in reimbursement. I am currently working to get that resolved. Aside from that, the team did a good job and I appreciate their effort in getting my vehicle back to me in good condition.
