I greatly appreciate the detail work that was put in not only to fix the area that was crashed into, but also in taking the time to polish my tires and cleaning the car. I'm very satisfied with the work and also for providing me updates on the progress.

Difference in communication between the auto body shop employee terminology which she’s used to and the customer which does not know that terminology, but only no parts of the car. The left rear quarter panel behind the wheel was supposed to be repaired and painted soon as I had to paint in front of the wheel and the only thing they did was rub it out and they’re calling that the bumper they did not paint it and they said in order to fix it they’d have to replace the bumper. Well that’s what was explained in the beginning so we got charged $127 for somebody to rub a black Mark off the bumper and the two spots are still there seems kinda expensive to me. I’ll be willing to bring the car up there and show it to you if you’d like.
