Had an issue when picking up my vehicle. They did not clear the Dashboard Lights that were in effect from the crash. Feel like that's something they should have taken care of before I returned a rental car and drove 30 minutes to pick up my vehicle only to have to return back to the rental car company to obtain another rental while I waited for them to fix it. Staff was always friendly though

I was so impressed with my car when I walked outside and saw it. It even appeared to have been washed/cleaned up for me. That was very thoughtful. After dropping my vehicle off there during the week and forgetting to pick up my handicap placard- I happened to drive by on the weekend while they were closed and a very nice older gentleman who was busy working on a vehicle himself- stopped what he was doing- and immediately went to find my car in the back lot just to find my car and retrieve my placard for me. Incredibly thoughtful and superior customer service. I was informed throughout the entire process what was going on with my vehicle with status updates as well. The day the shop called to inform me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up, i let them know that unfortunately I was super busy, and they were accommodating enough to allow me to pick up my vehicle the next day- when it worked better with my schedule. Picking up my car was a breeze. Literally one signature and my car is already pulling up into the parking lot. A+ and 5 stars all around! If you're looking for an honest, quick, fair and professional place to fix your car- i highly recommend coming to All City!!!

I'm new to Las Vegas. I'm very, very particular about my cars. I got into a minor accident and I went where my insurance company sent me. I was expecting a mediocre at best job.But nope, I got a perfect job. I couldn't be happier.
