By far the sketchiest, most unprofessional, unsettling interaction I have ever had with any service in my entire life. Now that I have my car back I keep waiting for something on it to fail because I don’t trust what they did. Absolutely disappointed and will never return to this auto body shop, and will tell everyone I know about my experience so they know to stay away, too.

They started working on my car without giving me a written quote or any updates at all. I had to call and found out they were in the “painting phase.” When I asked if it was normal that they started working without giving me a chance to approve it, they gaslit me and acted like I was a problem for being upset about it. They also refused to give me anything in writing, refused to leave a voice mail, never sent an email or text, about anything. Like they didn’t want anything recorded. It was so sketchy and every single interaction I had with them got worse and felt more secretive every time. I’m a nurse and my patient was actively dying when they called me. I was literally pumping someone’s chest, so I missed their call from an unknown, unlisted number. Too bad! No voicemail, no text, nothing. When I called the store to find out about my car they annoyingly told me I should save the other number that called me because that’s how they’d tell me the car was ready. When I asked about starting work on my car without a written quote or even letting me know at all first, I asked what I was supposed to do if I wanted a second opinion or if I didn’t agree with the changes they were making. The guy on the phone told me that I “should’ve told them that when I dropped the car off.” I should’ve known I wanted a second opinion when I dropped the car off, before the quote? What?

Did good work, but left my vehicle FILTHY. I literally had my car detailed before i brought it in and when i picked it up or was a mess, things were moved around in my vehicle etc. I will NEVER go back or recommend you guys to anybody.
