The auto shop did a great job on the rear body work . Albert is very attentive. However there was the issue of the air conditioner that was put in by All City Auto less than a year back. This AC stopped working , shot metal shavings through my ENTIRE system and completely broke down my car. We had to have it towed to another shop from ALL CITY and have it replaced. It cost us $2600 out of pocket to return it to All City and HAVE the body of car then repaired. All City did not help with the faulty AC unit they put in less than a year ago. So we are not happy that there was no accountability to this piece and unhappy that we had to unexpectedly come up with $2600 to replace it. To be noted unfortunately there were two separate incidences with my. car. One to repair the front end where the ac had to be replaced. And most recent the rear. And during the rear replacement the faulty front end part ALLCITY replaced broke down creating chaos for my car.

Albert is very attentive. Unfortunately I believe it was out of his hands to fix the problem. I would like to think that he would have done the right thing with the AC if he was able to? My husband and I are very upset that no accountability for this faulty part was taken. Not sure who could have made the honorable decision to fix / replace the ac that completely stopped my car from working. That person gets a 0 on the 1-10 scale
