My car was fixed without any issues. The auto body specialist Natalie did a great job on my car. She replaced the hood, left driver side panel, driver side light and grill. It was a very professional paint job as well.

I e tried to think of how to phrase this - you’ve hired a new office person. This person has a high standard of professional presentation but could use coaching in communication both on the phone and in person. Skills like - actually smiling at the customer makes them feel welcome in the building. Also don’t give an exasperates sigh when the customer needs to reschedule. Finally being proactive during the exchange. Like after the customer hands over their keys take the initiative to let us know the next step: you’ll be receiving texts with updates. Don’t make the customer ask and don’t give a blank stare when the customer asks what happens next. All these skills are important
