This process was a horrible experience. It took a month to get my car back and it's still not right. I was told my car would be done multiple different times and kept getting the run around and having it pushed back. Now the turn signal light doesn't work properly and the car shifts super hard in low gears. My car perfectly fine before it was in the accident and now it's a piece of junk. I don't feel as though I should have had to pay my deductible for all the issues. As it is I'll have to take the car back next week. I live in Fort Myers and this has been a major inconvenience and problem for me.

As much as I would like to provide five star review as the customer service was great I am not able to. The reason is because of quality, the gap between the bumper and fender is too big and not the same as the one on the other side. Fur. Additionally, the front headlight is scratched and no matter how much buffing will remove this as it should have been replaced.
