Hi, I would like to clarify that my car has not been picked up this morning due to 2 main issues: - The red color of the painted rear bumper do not match my car's original paint. - The black plastic piece that goes under the bumper has several scratches that must be removed. I'm attaching 2 pictures of the rear bumper where the color difference it's clearly noticeable. I have agreed with Geico representative - Casey - that you are going to repaint the bumper to match the correct color and remove the scratches from the black plastic piece. I do trust on your good service & professionalism as you are a preferred body shop for Geico so please fix these 2 major issues and let me know when the car is ready to pick it up at your earliest convenience. At this point, I'm disappointed with the execution of this job. Thank you & have a great day, Miguel
