Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with the body shop estimator, Paul Gonzales. I found his communication to be rude and unprofessional, and he even hung up the phone on me while I was trying to discuss my vehicle and the repairs. I was already dealing with a stressful situation because I had to pay for the repairs completely out of pocket, and the cost was extremely expensive. The last thing I needed was to be treated disrespectfully while trying to understand the estimate and make decisions about such a large expense. I expect better customer service, especially when someone is paying a significant amount of money for repairs. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this body shop unless the customer service and communication improve.
