Best body shop in the entire valley, best staff from the office ladies to the reps handling your car to the guys working in the shop to the manager they’re all awesome, i’ve took my cars here for repairs and so did my dad, they’ve been nothing but amazing they take great care and time to hear out your concerns and ill always take my cars here no matter what.

Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with the body shop estimator, Paul Gonzales. I found his communication to be rude and unprofessional, and he even hung up the phone on me while I was trying to discuss my vehicle and the repairs. I was already dealing with a stressful situation because I had to pay for the repairs completely out of pocket, and the cost was extremely expensive. The last thing I needed was to be treated disrespectfully while trying to understand the estimate and make decisions about such a large expense. I expect better customer service, especially when someone is paying a significant amount of money for repairs. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this body shop unless the customer service and communication improve.
