Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with the body shop estimator, Paul Gonzales. I found his communication to be rude and unprofessional, and he even hung up the phone on me while I was trying to discuss my vehicle and the repairs. I was already dealing with a stressful situation because I had to pay for the repairs completely out of pocket, and the cost was extremely expensive. The last thing I needed was to be treated disrespectfully while trying to understand the estimate and make decisions about such a large expense. I expect better customer service, especially when someone is paying a significant amount of money for repairs. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this body shop unless the customer service and communication improve.

The personal have good etiquette. Had a great experience with Sina. He is the associate who worked with me in my claim. They where efficient with the time my car was car was in there shop. The receptionist where really nice. Overall I recommend them for your cars needs. Excellent customer service.
