I am very satisfied with the handling of repairs on my 2013 Volkswagen Passat. Ahmad Naderi,the owner of All Pro Repair Shop, and his administration assistant Ms. Alejandra handled everything from having my vehicle towed to the repair shop, to helping me settle my worries about the repairs that had to be done, as well as all the insurance documentation. They both made sure I understood what had to be done and that the repairs would be made according to the specification requirements, as well as when repairs might be completed. And they did what they said. Even though the auto strike had started to make it difficult to locate the parts needed, Mr. Ahmad was able to obtain them to complete the repairs. They definitely put my mind and nerves at ease as well as kept me updated on any changes. I very pleased and satisfied with everything that All Pro accomplished for me. They definitely gave me back my peace of mind as well as my vehicle. Thank you again!

To Whom It May Concern, My interactions with All-Pro Auto Collision were courteous, professional, and way above anything I’ve experienced prior. From the first moment that I walked into the repair shop office, I felt like I was among friends. Both the owner (Ahmad) and his assistant (Alejandra) went the extra mile to make sure all my needs were addressed, and all my worries left behind me. Alejandra even took the time to resolve a payment problem between State Farm Insurance and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. This was a 2nd and 3rd party issue that had nothing to do with her, yet she showed remarkable patience and expedited the matter on my behalf. She knew I was upset over the issue and resolved it for me. She had a way about herself that was disarming, and I appreciated it very much, given the circumstances.
