I've nothing to complain about. Further, the owner is, as usual, a very profession individual who insisted I contact him to address any issue or concern, if one were to arise. He offered excellent information and included documentation of repairs.

The vehicle was dropped off without communication between myself and shop owner. Despite the bad situation that I was in, the process was simple, with excellent communication and updates throughout excellent repairs with haste and proficiency noted. (In many ways the vehicle is better looking after the accident repair)
