We will never go back to Allreds. It took them 6 weeks to fix our car. We never got a call from them once, not ever! We had to keep calling them to find out what was going on. We were told by our insurance that after Allreds finished the estimate, we could take the car wherever we wanted to get it fixed. When we called them once again after getting an email from my insurance saying the estimate was complete, we found out they had already began the repairs without us giving them the go ahead, so then we couldnt take it to a different repair shop. When we went to pick up the car after it was finally finished, they did not put the spare tire compartment in correct and it was hanging down below the car. Also, the brand new tail light they had just replaced had the bottom corner broken off. A few days later we were finally able to pick up the car, only to find that it reeked of cigarette smoke and oil. We have never bought a car that has been smoked in and now we have a car that even after using an ozanator machine, still smells like a bar that is above a mechanic shop. We are very disappointed in every aspect of this whole experience.
