Just one small thing that I have not gotten back to the office about. There are two small nicks on the back driver door. I don't remember them being there beforehand. Not sure if it happened when the bumper was replaced. In any case I would appreciate having the touched up. Thank you

It was a pleasure to deal with Allstate Collision. It actually wasn't "Allstate" it was very "person to person" every step of the way. I am a returning customer (who has recommended Allstate to others!). Usually it is a stressful time being so inconvenienced not having one's own car - but dealing with the office personnel was a pleasure! We were treated courteously and patiently and , of course the end result was TOP NOTCH! I certainly hope we don't need Allstate's service again (!) but you are certainly remaining in my contact list!
