I was 100% satisfied and more! The receptionist was amazing! She was certainly personable and adequate, the texts she sent were very helpful! They kept me updated as to each and every step and was able to complete my car on time and when they said it would be done. I was completely satisfied with the body work, they went above and beyond what I expected. I will recommend them to anyone who needs work done, just a good ole fashioned body shop with all the latest technology. You don't find body shops like this anymore!

The best body shop around and I was there last Liberty Mutual client because you are so difficult to work with. Because of this after 29 years with Liberity I am switching insurance companies. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs body work done to there vehicle.

While the work that Almeida Auto Body did was excellent, they did not repair part of my car that was in need of it. They told me that Liberty Mutual did not approve them to repair the passenger side front quarter panel. We are very disappointed and upset that they were not given the approval by LM to do this. We had been lead to believe that this would not be an issue. Again, we are very disappointed by this. We pay our premiums faithfully every month and do not feel that we should be treated this way.

As I said earlier, the work that was done was excellent! The problem was that not all work that needed to be done was done and, moreover, that was NEVER communicated to me which I thought was awful!

The quality of the work they did on my car was excellent! However, the level of customer service I received was another matter. It was never communicated to me until I picked up my car that some of the work the car needed was not done due to insurance not approving it. The communication from the shop was quite poor.

They were extremely helpful and allowed me to get items out of the vehicle that I ended up needing while it was being repaired. They sent frequent updates on how the repair process was going and the date that it was estimated to be ready. They completed the repairs earlier than initially expected. Overall wonderful experience with extremely helpful and professional staff.
