Once I got a person on the phone, everyone was very nice and very helpful. However, it was very difficult finding an actual person to speak with when I called, and sometimes I would have to call 3 different times in a row to find someone to answer. I wasn’t given a point of contact for my repairs, so I basically just hit every extension number until I found someone
