We were disappointed in the length of time between initial estimate and the final repair time. In December, we knew parts were going to take time to get but they were not ordered until the initial schedule in January, so waiting another month was hard.

Scratch marks remain on hood, inside left filthy, dirty hand marks on inside door pillars, white buffing dust & materials left on floor, on Upholstry, carpets. Extremely disappointed in the lack of clean up after repairs were done.
