I had a wonderful experience with the entire team. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and helpful! Alma was very good at answering any questions I had. The work itself was perfect, my car looks brand new! If anything were to happen to it again(hopefully it won’t) I’d gladly go back to American Eagle Body Shop. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs their services.

The quality seems to be there but I would advise them the repair time might be greater than quoted.

I was originally told the repair would take 5 to 6 days. They actually took 16 days to finish the job, which wasn't that badly damaged. I was given an estimate of $350 for some additional work that ballooned to $430 by pickup day. The people are nice and it looks good finished.
