Staff was friendly, courteous; appointment easy to schedule; staff handled all insurance issues; completed repair was undetectable; detailing/cleaning after repair was an unexpected service. Beautiful job! My Jeep was returned to me like it had been sent out for a spa day!

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of work done on my vehicle after bringing it in for collision repairs. The paint job was clearly rushed and done improperly. The shop painted parts of my Jeep without removing the wheel well, which resulted in visible paint lines and overspray on rubber and plastic components. That’s basic prep work that should never be skipped in a professional repair. On top of that, my wheel was not properly restored. Instead of replacing or fully refinishing it, they attempted to recondition it, and it still has missing black paint…. This is not what I expected when trusting a collision shop to return my vehicle to pre-accident condition. The lack of attention to detail and poor workmanship is unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
