Raul was very informative of what to expect and the time frame my vehicle would be in the repair center. My parts were next day delivery and work was completed ahead of schedule. I received status updated through out the process. Coordination with State Farm was handled without any complications or miscommunication. The staff was very helpful and answered any of my questions. Raul walked me through the worked that was performed. Paint matched flawlessly and the seams were tight. This was my best expirience I’ve had regarding car repairs. Definitely will use in the future. Was referred by the insurance company and my family.

I was very satisfied with the service and repairs to my vehicle. The communication was clear on my time frame, the work that needed to be done, and I was kept aware of the progress throughout the process. Pick up and drop off was convent and easy. The facility was tidy. The coordination was flawless between me the client and between Anchortex with the insurance company. They have a relationship with the parts supplier so all parts were next day delivery and my car was completed in half the time expected. The work on my vehicle was perfection. The paint matched flawlessly and the seams were tight between parts. My vehicle was clean and waiting for me when I arrived. Anchortex was refereed to me by the insurance company, as well as my family members. They also were referred to me by my rent car company because they service their fleet as well. I highly recommend them for work and repairs. Everyone on their staff is informed, polite, and professional. I was completely satisfied with their performance. Superior to work I’ve had done by other places in the past.
