It took a little longer than original ready date. There were no status updates after speaking to rep on the original ready date. I called to check on Friday at the end of the day and got lucky. Other than that, I was happy with the work.

John Lockwood was great and informative. Front desk area was filthy guest phone caked with so much filth and dirt I grabbed a tissue with sanitizer to clean it myself. Floor dirty, sloppily cleaned not very well maintained. Front desk not friendly more like cold and slightly rude. Disappointed. When I rec'd a text my car was gonna be cleaned I thought the inside would've at least been vacuumed not a big deal just think the text should specify. Also, I had called once to check on my car and the line legitimately went to 5 different people with no customer service skills minus the last person who was very kind and transferred to the appropriate party (mr.lickwood) if I knew her name I would commend her.

Anytime I came into the actual shop, I was never greeted. The folks at the front desk just kept their head down. I caught someone walking by. This was my visit dropping the car off and picking it up. The actual rep who coordinated butch I I I was excellent.

All the people I came in contact with were wonderful. I went to the dealership first, not realizing they don't do body work. They sent me to the body shop, where John walked me through the insurance claim process (with someone else's accident insurance) so I could get started. Thank you all for making it as painless as possible.
