On time. Bodyshop returned truck on time and the quality of the work was exceptional. Truck was cleaner when delivered than it was when I dropped it off. Concierge service made the whole experience top notch.

I feel like the work itself was great. The ladder part of Not checking if all light are working before handing the keys I've was a mistake. I got home and realized the fog and high beams weren't working. Had to take back just to find out they were installed backwards. It's a easy mistake but couldn't been avoided if there was a check list performed before calling me and saying its all fine. Gas prices these days are up and having me drive 3 times to the store is costly. I just ask when working with lights and disconnecting them to perform jobs that in the end there has to be a check on if all lights are working.

The grill and trim was all replaced and fog lights were leveled very nicely but there was a rubber shroud to move air to the radiator that was not secured and was flapping on the drive home.

Cosmetically car looks very good. Cleaning and detailing was excellent. Loaner vehicle was a very nice unit in good shape. Have yet to spend any amount of time driving it but expect no problems.

everything came out as promised
