Repair from collision was excellent. Fixing of noise I asked to have looked at seems like they never even bothered to look at it

Cindy was nice but failed to keep me updated and my vehicle took two weeks longer than the original date estimated. I was told it would be done numerous times but didn’t find out if it was actually done until I called.

Auto repair service was poor brought truck in because it has a miss I told them that I changed all plugs and new coils. Service looked at the truck and was told it had a miss on cylinder number 5 .they changed the plug charged me $390.00 an said it was fixed. When I came to pick up the car I paid the bill went to my car and the miss was still there when I drove home the engine light came on. I am bringing it back on the 20th .
