Initially I thought it was a decent job. After looking the car over when I got it home I can tell the driver side fender was repaired which would have been fine. The fender is still buckled into the wheelwell opening,there's a buckle between the wheel well opening and the door and also a Buckle in the body line in front of the door from fender being pushed back into the door. The edge of the door the paint is damaged and there is bare steel and showing. The repairs to the core support and associated brackets there is bare steel showing. The top of the fender wasn't anything that resembles a blend. It was a taped edge, not even a back taped edge. It's a hard line off the edge of probably regular masking tape. I wouldn't doubt if everything was shot with adhesion promoter and not even sanded during the prep. All I was looking for was a decent job that was acceptable. I can go on and on. Being a former autoboy technician and statefarm estimator myself it's insulting that this what I should have to accept. I should've let state farm total the car and moved on. I went to Andy's for an estimate from the direction of a state farm representative. I've seen Ford Mustangs in the parking lot previously. My younger brother is a lead tech at one of the local Ford Mustang shops and knew Andy and I was told the Mustang crowd had nothing but good things say about the shops work. I thought it was a safe bet. I guess a $2600.00 job that was written with mostly used parts wasn't a big enough job to do an acceptable job? I guess they save the good work for the higher paying jobs. I will be contacting State Farm to let them know how dissatisfied I am. I AM NOT GOING TO RESPOND TO ANY COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE SHOP. SO DONT SEND ANY

The staff was pleasant and very easy to work with. That's the reason for the 2 on the rating. As far as the work goes I'm shocked Andy and Guy would let this type of work out the door being it was partly from a shop recommendation and the fact Statefarm sent me there under their Pro Shop program. The hood and the bumper cover look good. The rest of the work looks like the gypsies in Astoria queens did it in a parking lot. I'm insulted that Statefarm would have the nerve to try to make me accept this as a quality repair. The car was brought to the shop that made the recommendation and they were not happy that I didn't receive the job that I should have. If I continue to get jerked around by Statefarm I will be forced to reevaluate my relationship with Statefarm. I do not recommend Andy's High Caliber a/b ,if this is the quality of the work that they let out the door. I also do not recommend the Statefarm Pro Shop program because there's poor oversite over the shops. I do believe if everyone was concerned about their reputation, this job should have never left the shop in the condition that it was in. The job should have been satisfactory the 1st time when I picked it up, not on the second try. Because I was 3rd party on this claim i have already been without a vehicle for 4 weeks already, this should be a total embarrassment on Statefarms part.
