The auto body part of the job I guess was done very quickly. However, there was an electrical part of the job that stretched out for a little bit longer, and the car had to be sent to the Honda dealer. Ultimately, everything was taken care of. They were very kind, very informative and very friendly.

The first time I bought my car there I was disappointed pots missing paint drips all over my car. I did nothing about it. Unfortunately it happened again. A deer hit me and I went to you guys the second time and told you guys about the first time I had a problem with my car, you guys blame the insurance company you adjusted there don’t know the guy’s name was very rude so when you guys fix my call the second time again it was part missing you guys are rude how to lose a days work to bring my car there to get the problem fixed when you guys ask for payment you guys were paid, but unfortunately, you don’t care about my time that I had to lose a days work i’m gonna give you guys five views and notifies your insurance company. How bad you guys are and how you guys don’t understand anything except money and not my time you guys are just horrible. I would be telling everybody I know not to use your location there’s nothing else I can say but very bad experience you guys are just horrible people.

My first visit to your establishment, not knowing how you guys were upon completion of my car. It was late at night the very next warning I looked over the work. The work was horrible. The front bumper did not align right there was paint drips on my vehicle also scratches I let it go, unfortunately second time the only reason why I chose your location was to address the first issue you guys told me you would handle it upon completing the second time as I’m driving again late at night to pick up my car the next day I hear noise coming out of my engine as I pull over to check the the noise I found papers in my engine block block in the engine fan then I noticed parts missing. I called you guys. It took over a month and a half had to lose a days work you guys are just horrible. I would not be recommending anybody to your shop and I’ll be calling the insurance company to let them know how displeased I am.
