Bruce was very nice. He kept me informed about the progress repair for my car. Cherish left me a message (her phone voice is clear and understandable) when I could pick up my car.

The only suggestion I would say is to open the car windows to air out the paint smell that comes thru the air vents inside the car after the repair is completed. The smell only lasted a day (I left the car windows open for a day).
