APC out did them selfs. They fixed my Acura and it was return to me super clean, looked like it was new. They have the most amazing people working there.Thank you!

Like I’ve already said they did a wonderful job and I’m very happy with it other than the back windshield with the glue on the inside of it and I do know many people that have been there for repairs and they never had a problem either I would highly recommend your people again

I will say that APC was very fair to me in regards to the extra time that I had to extend my rental car, they even picked up the tab for the extra time that I needed it for. I had to ultimately return the rental that I had on a specific date and they went and got me another rental for the remainder of the time until my car was completed.

The paint job overall does look good, I am a bit disappointed that they didn’t paint my mirrors as they did have the car in pieces. I’m not sure if this was an oversight but regardless I would’ve liked them painted to have the entire car looking good. They also were supposed to clean up my headlights & maybe they did but I will say I’m not 100% satisfied with the way they came out, I had them done a few years ago at another business and they looked amazing.

The customer service overall wasn’t bad until my car wasn’t ready on time. I do realize that people have everyday life issues that can happen & therefore not be able to meet the deadline but it just seemed like when I would call for a update, I was given the “oh well” kind of demeanor. That demeanor continued until the day my car was officially completed.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to APC for many years and every time I would get me vehicle back it looked like thing had ever happened. This time around I noticed a dust particle dried on the paint of the door. And the tape masking the black trim around the back window was not neatly applied and some of the black trim got painted. Like I said before in the past it would look like factory and I could never tell it was ever damaged, this time around I can see it. Not major but not like it used to be.
