Lot of little stuff left unfinished and clean up was subpar at best.

Time frame for repair was over what was estimated, communication was abysmal on status and expected completion date. Took 3 weeks of not having my vehicle for them to submit an estimate to my insurance company. Everything was a headache with this company.
