Well im not VERY happy! The first estimate was $3,600, then the final was $4,900 and change, and the bill you sent was over $5,200. I fill the estimated was not right. Parts were put on that didn’t need to be. Spokes called my insurance and asked where we needed to be to make it work. My agent told him $5,000. Kinda funny the bill went up 3 times with no communication. Like I said I’m not very happy and would like to see what parts were put on and why!!!

Spike was amazing! Communicated with me throughout the entire process. I will recommend apex to everyone I know. Completed the repair in record time. I was text updates and an estimated time. Was estimated for the 14th repairs were completed and ready to pick up by eod of the 9th. I took my vehicle in on the 6th. Amazing customer service 10 out of 10
