Communication was not good and calls were not returned until days later and when it was finally finished had to return to get some stuff fixed that wasn’t how I had left my vehicle . Until my adjuster Nicholas ) got involved were things done right .

Spike was very good with communication and I really appreciated that! He had great communication with me throughout the entire process that my car was at their facility. He gave me updates as often as he was able to. Everyone that I talked to at their facility was very kind! I will definitely be recommending their collision center too anyone that I can!
