They are unethical, unreliable, dishonest and don’t work for the customer.

The only reason I didn’t choose 1 is because cosmetically everything looks right. Mechanically the car is not repaired and the service advisor was argumentative and acted like we caused the issue we are having rather than taking responsibility that a leak we are experiencing was either caused when our vehicle was hit or when work was performed on our vehicle at apple collision. I’m completely dissatisfied with apple collision and will not return or recommend them to anyone.
