Completely satisfied with repairs thus far, but was a little confused when I picked it up. I paid for repairs, was handed my keys and then pointed to where my car was. Since my car had repair s to the body which included replacing the hood, I no longer knew how to open it. I then needed to find someone who could help me. I could understand just sending someone to there car if they just had an oil change or something minor, but my car had just been there for five weeks for over $7500 of repairs. I think that constitutes walking a patron to their car to answer to any questions they might have before driving away.

This one is hard to rate, since I think that the repair part of vehicle should rate high and the guest service part that relates to picking it up at the dealership rates low. Until, I finally in the end dealt with Collision and Glass due to power steering issues then it rates higher again. As you can see my day went back and forth.

Small dent/in dent, in replaced drivers side panel over right tire area. I will live with it, since my car is 11 years old. The hood is not easy to open, again, I will live with it.

Since, I have already sent my problems when picking up vehicles to you previously, I am not going to go into detail again. Other than I was handed my keys, pointed to where my car was and that was that! No additional guest service what do ever!!!!! I did have additional concerns from that point and th day became longer than it needed to from that point forward! See the previous response that I sent and please quit asking that I continue to send more of the same!

Repair looks fine, inside of my truck was left a mess and not how I had dropped it off. Took me a good 45min to clean dirt marks all over the seats and stuff I had on the floor prior to dropping off my truck were on my seats which made a mess of my back seats.

Looks fine, I noticed some spots on the top of my truck that they missed paint and had the clear coat over it. Also looked like the work was rushed even though you had my truck for almost 2 weeks. Inside of my truck was dirty with finger prints all over and stuff I had under my back seat was on top of my seat, which also had dirt on it. Took me around 30 or 45 minutes to clean up. Not very impressed. I would of asked them to clean it and look at those few spots but it was already 2 weeks and I wanted my truck back.

They did a good job on my vehicle. The emblems are on back order so the car isn't completely complete. When the parts come in they will attach the emblems. It is hard to rate it completely until it is finalized.

They did great work, car was clean when i picked it up. But they didnt check to ensure locks were working properly, had to bring it back. They took care of it pretty quick though
