Actually, I was better than satisfied. I was delighted! They did a great job fixing my car after a deer hit it on the highway. When I went to pick it up, they had even cleaned the interior! I'm super happy and would get all my body work done here.

Joe Ryan and other employees were very helpful. They were able to get the cost for multiple service needs below the original estimate. I also was given a free loaner for the duration of the repair, a 2025 Ford Bronco. It was very fun to drive, and I especially appreciated the heated seats and steering wheel and all the assistive technology features. I would recommend others to this dealership

We had a collision with a deer in Washington state. The repairs were done there, but we had some lingering issues with the collision avoidance system. Coordinating with the insurance adjusters here and there was messy, and further inspection revealed more repairs were needed. My complaint was that communication was lacking. I often felt out of the loop. Left wondering if anything was happening. The whole process took a month. I don’t need someone to hold my hand. But a quick text to update on what was going on along the way would have eliminated frustration on my part.
