The car had to be taken apart to get the item numbers for needed parts. This made the car unusable while witing. They should have been looked up on your computer so while waiting for them I could still use my car. If you don't have that information, call a car parts store. They have lists for all models. I had to wait extra days because the wrong piece came in. I can't say if it was an error at your end or the other end, but it should have been confirmed before sending. That would have saved days without a car.

No help getting the rental coverage car I pay for. Since they HAD to take it apart, I was just as much out of wheels as if the car had mechanical damage. The car was just as useless until the repairs were completed. But no help was given getting the loaner car. Only excuses why I was given half-assed policy.

Excellent technical quality on my black 2024 Mustang 5.0 GT Premium Fastback. Recall notice for the BCM required an extensive search, which found another problem with seam sealant. My Mustang was also brought in for fender and wheel repair. Everything has been fixed; the black paint job on the fender is superb. I hope someone will let the technician know how much I appreciated his work. I will return next spring to have body work done on my 4Runner, confident the job will be completed with the same care. Thank you!
